Withdrawing

Casino La Vida will go to any lengths required to process all players’ cash withdrawals as swiftly as possible. Generally speaking, Casino La Vida will try and refund cash withdrawals to the same accounts that the player’s deposits are made from. Unfortunately there are instances where this won’t be possible, as not all banking platforms support both deposits and cash withdrawals. In this instance, players will need to select an alternative banking method to receive their withdrawal amounts.

In order for players to make cash withdrawals from Casino La Vida, they will need to keep to the following steps:

• Log into the casino software under your personal account
• Direct to the banking page and click on the "withdrawal" tab
• Type in your preferred amount and click on “next”
• Certain documentation could be required if this is your first withdrawal with Casino La Vida
• The withdrawal will be processed by Red Flush within 24 hours
• Players should note that further processing time by various banks may result in a 3 - 4 day delay in receiving the funds

 
If ever players experience any doubt as to the status of their withdrawals, they can refer to the CashCheck system that is located on the MyAccount page. Casino withdrawals can be reversed within 24 hours should a player decide to play their winnings through.

Before withdrawals are processed, they will sit in a pending cycle that gives the player time to reverse the withdrawal if necessary. When the player wants to make a deposit again, the system will automatically recognise whether a pending cash out is available for reversal and will offer the player the option to nominate any amount of the cash out request they wish to reverse by using the new reversal function on the deposit page. Alternatively, the player can click on the Reverse Withdrawal tab. This will eliminate the need to wait for cash outs to be paid out before a player can purchase again. Once the cash out has passed through the pending cycle it goes to the e-cash company for processing. Should players wish to track the progress of their cash outs, they can click on CashCheck which will give them an update on the exact status of the cash out.
