I have downloaded the file but cannot find it?
It is best to save the file to your desktop so that you will always know where to locate it. If you cannot find the casino icon on your desktop then please follow these steps to locate it:
- Click on the start button
- Click on search
- Select files or folders
- Type in the casino name: Casino La Vida, and click “search now”
- If the file does not appear anywhere then it is most likely that the download did not finish.
- Download the software again following the steps on the download page. If you do manage to find it, double click on the filename in the search results to install it.
Must I download the casino every time I want to play?
No. Once you have saved the downloadable version you will be able to access it at any time.
What happens if I lose my connection while trying to download?
